Shipping & Returns Made Easy
Free Shipping & Handling is available for orders exceeding $100.00 in merchandise value shipping via UPS Ground Residential to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO or PO Box destinations.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100.00 or less will be assessed a $12.00 shipping & handling surcharge. Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details on the My Account page.
If you are local to our farm in Southport, Florida, orders placed online may also be picked up at our farm store during designated pick-up hours in the off-season and anytime our store is open in-season.
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If for any reason you have a question or concern with something you ordered please contact us via Email or by telephone at (850) 532-2452.
Please note, our return period is thirty days. If thirty days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge. Shipping charges to return and replace a damaged or defective item will be our responsibility. All costs to return a non-damaged item will be paid by the customer.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the details of your refund or exchange. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.
